Worst experience

I placed an order for a romper 2 weeks prior to my photoshoot. Once a week passed and I didnt hear anything I emailed the email on their website to ask what was going on. If my romper would be in any time soon? Etc. I never heard back even after I tried messaging on Instagram as well. I ended up getting my romper the day after my photoshoot. When I checked on ups to see where it was. All it said was that the label was created but they hadn’t received it quite yet. Very disappointed with the costumer service. I dont need the romper anymore and Don’t even know if I would get any help with this issue if I try reaching out once again. The romper seems like very good material. At some point I felt like I might’ve gotten scammed and or wouldn’t receive a package at all.
