Refund policy

We hope that you love your purchase from Styled by Ashley Brooke. However, if you want to return an item, we offer store credit for eligible items returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your order is no longer eligible for return.

  • If you paid for "Redo Protection" at checkout, your order is covered for lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit and you will receive a free return shipping label (for eligible items). 
  • If you did not pay for "Redo Protection" at checkout, you can still return through our portal. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the store credit issued for your return.
Return Window: You have 14 days from when your order was delivered to send eligible items back for store credit.

Return Requirements: Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. If items are not returned in perfect condition, the return will be denied and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs if they want their item(s) mailed back to them. Items with makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will not be accepted. Items will not be accepted if the tag is removed. Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box.

Final Sale Items: Some items are final sale, which means they cannot be returned. Final sale items include anything marked "final sale", swimwear, intimates, jewelry, and accessories.

Store Credit: Please allow 3-4 business days to process your return. If your return passes our inspection, you will receive an email confirmation and store credit. Any store credit will expire 1 year from the date it is issued. 

Damaged Items: Damaged items must be reported within two days of delivery. Please email us photos of the damage. The item tag must be attached. If the tag is removed, the item will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. If a replacement item is unavailable a credit will be issued. Color variations resulting from monitor settings, lighting, or photography are not considered defects and do not qualify as damage.

Lost or Missing Packages Marked as Delivered: Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout and ownership transfers to the customer. Because of this, we're unfortunately unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. 

Pre-Orders: Once you place an order for a pre-order item, you cannot cancel the order. Upon placing an order for a pre-order item, the customer agrees to the estimated delivery date of the item. However, once you receive your pre-order item, you may request a return in accordance with our return policy.
