Shipping policy

USA SHIPPING:

Shipping : Shipping is a flat rate.

Expedited Shipping : See shipping options at checkout. 

Dispatch and Handling Time : We try our best to have all orders shipped the same business day (if placed before 12PM CST). Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. 

Track your order : Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you cannot find your email stating your order has been shipped, please check your spam folder or email us at styledbyashleybrooke@gmail.com to have it re-sent.

The payment of duties and taxes is required upon entry (not at checkout).

 

 

DELIVERY TIME:

Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Styled By Ashley Brooke is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Styled By Ashley Brooke can never guarantee a delivery date.

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

If you have not received your package within 10 business days of placing the order, email styledbyashleybrooke@gmail.com with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately!

Styled By Ashley Brooke is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.
